Statelink is a government affairs intelligence platform built on Stateside's legislative tracking infrastructure — serving policy teams, lobbyists, and government affairs professionals tracking legislation across all 50 states.

The Challenge

The platform had accumulated years of interface debt and a fragmented partner experience that made onboarding new strategic accounts slow and retention unreliable. The architecture needed a rethink — not just a refresh.

Harris led product design and interface improvements as part of a reimagined platform architecture — covering government affairs workflows, stakeholder management, and the full strategic partner experience. Work included interface redesigns, workflow simplification, component rationalization, and architecture decisions that supported the platform's ongoing growth and enterprise client relationships.

Outcomes

A more cohesive platform experience that reduced friction in government affairs workflows, streamlined partner onboarding, and positioned Statelink for continued growth within the Stateside ecosystem.
