Linguapo

Designed, built, and launched by Harris Beringer — Triple Shore LLC

Linguapo word puzzle app

Linguapo is a vocabulary-first word puzzle game for iOS, built to make learning new words genuinely fun. Every puzzle is engineered around real language patterns — not random letter grids — so players expand their vocabulary while chasing high scores.

The Concept

Most word games lean on familiarity — five-letter grids and crossword formats that have existed for decades. Linguapo was designed from first principles: what if the mechanic itself rewarded vocabulary depth? The result is a puzzle format that scales in difficulty based on word complexity, rewarding players who push past common vocabulary.

Design & Build

Harris led the entire product lifecycle — concept, game mechanic design, UI/UX, native iOS development, App Store optimization, and marketing creative. The visual identity balances playfulness with clarity, using high-contrast typography and smooth tile animations that feel satisfying on every interaction. App Store screenshots and preview copy were crafted to convert browsers into players.
